Nationally, we represent numerous defendants in silica litigation, including companies that sold sand, sandblasting equipment, respiratory protection devices and air compressors. We were at the forefront of the successful removal and dismissal of tens of thousands of silica claims through our aggressive strategy that resulted in a groundbreaking opinion by the Honorable Janis Jack. We are also national counsel for three silica defendants.
